Part-time co-ordinator role

An opportunity has arisen at The League of Friends of the Alexandra Hospital for a Part-time Co-ordinator (Job Share)
The role, based at the Alexandra Hospital, Redditch, is key to assisting the management of The League of Friends in all its activities, primarily raising funds to provide patient comforts and staff support at the hospital. Centred on the Coffee Shop operation and the recruitment, training and supervision of volunteer staff, responsibilities include:
* Management of Coffee Shop procedures, including Health & Safety standards, staffing rotas and equipment maintenance.
* Coffee Shop sales promotions.
* Stock ordering and control.
* Cash management.
The successful candidate will have a background in dealing with people, good administration and problem-solving skills, together with the ability to work on their own initiative.
